Cancellation and Refund Policy

In most scenarios, the hotel booking charges, flight ticket fares, prepaid car rentals, holiday packages, and service fees are non-refundable. The refundable part includes only trip security insurance within ten days of purchasing it. Please make sure to initiate the cancellation and refund process online through a web portal only.

The following are the scenarios when a cancellation and refund process is accepted and followed through

  • If the airline's fare has a provision for the cancellation and refund rule.
  • The is passengers need to be "not" a no–show since a "no-show" booking is not eligible for cancellation and refund.

Only when the travel service provider will accept and process the refund and cancellation request.

When the refund and cancellation process starts, we are not sure how long it will take to complete the process. We will notify you via email about the receipt of our cancellation request once you send us your cancellation and refund request. Our customer care executive will check your request and inform you of the receipt. Please remember that accepting your email does not mean that we have received your request. It is just a means to provide a tracking number. We will work with the all the travel service providers like hotels, airlines, and car rentals to form a waiver based on the airline and other service providers' rules and regulations. We will forward you the decision made by these service providers once we have been informed about the same.

We are not sure how long this cancelation and refund procedure will be completed. We manage all such requests in logical order. Here we would like to inform you that a tax is levied by all service providers when you request a refund. It may take around 60 – 90 days to receive the credit counting from the day you sent us a refund and cancellation request. If applicable, we may also levy a post–ticketing service fee apart from the refund penalties payable to the travel service providers.

If the travel service provider doesn't process the refund, we will refund you the post ticketing service fees charged to you for your refund and cancellation request. No booking-related service fees, which were set initially at the time of travel reservation, will be refunded.
